Ordering- When placing your order, please include a real phone number. I only call

if there is a question or issue with your order. I don't make sales calls. Your info is

kept private.

 

Shipping - I ship anywhere in the world. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart.

If you order several things, the shipping may be calculated too high. I will refund over

shipping costs if using Paypal and correct the amount when using a credit card.

My packages are shipped first class domestic and international. Packages are

shipped priority mail based on weight.

 

When shipping outside the United States... your package is marked as educational material.

  All items shipped out of the United States are subject to customs inspection in the country they are being shipped to.  We can not be responsible if your item does not pass through customs.  We only issue refunds if the merchandise is returned to us.  Assessment of duties, taxes (including VAT), and administrative fees (covering the costs of clearing the item through customs) is done in accordance with that country’s laws.  Customs duties, taxes and administrative fees are collected from the recipient.  These fees are not included in any prices we quote or any payments remitted to us.  All prices quoted by us are in US dollars.

Returns- Due to the educational nature of my dvds and kits, I do not accept returns unless

there is a defect in the product. I will gladly replace a defected item upon receiving the original

item shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I cover the cost of any replacement and shipping. You can contact me with any inquires.

 

Privacy- Information gathered from and about our customers is used strictly to conduct the

business of Create-A-Pendant.  If you are using a spam blocker or other type of email filter, please

make sure it does not stop email that might be sent. Typical emails might include an automatic confirmation that a successful order has been placed on the web site, a follow

up message from us confirming the order details and sending any associated invoice, and other messages connected to orders. Emails submitted for my free newsletter are never sold, shared, or

disclosed.

 

Prices- I occasionally run sales and reserve the right of changing prices at any time.
